I create tailored courses to make yoga accessible and engaging for all levels of practitioners. I believe in keeping instructions practical, simple, and clear. I follow the Krishnamacharya tradition, using hatha and vinyasa movements along with their modifications, intentional breath work, and chanting to design a safe practice that addresses individual needs and class goals.
I teach yoga for all levels, abilities, and goals. My classes include daily yoga, yoga for fitness, desk and chair yoga, yoga for stress relief, yoga for children (5 – 15), yoga for young adults (15 – 25), and yoga for seniors.
